We’re so obsessed with dogos that we embarked on a culinary quest to craft the ultimate foodie dogo. The result? Something so uniquely delicious we had to give it its own name: Salchidogo, the sausage-dog that’s about to revolutionize your dogo game.

Every Salchidogo begins with a quarter pound of custom-ground, artisanal sausage—100% lean meat—seasoned to perfection with a bold blend of flavors inspired by Mexico and global cuisine. Then, we reengineered the bun as an oversize, freshly-baked yeast roll, ready to be topped with your choice of caramelized onions, sweet and sour cabbage (sauerkraut), juicy mushrooms, sweet mixed peppers, or mild poblanos.

And because we’re on a mission, we didn’t stop there. Our house-made salsas are here to take your Salchidogo to the next level. Choose from pesto mayo, jalapeño mayo, honey mustard, French mustard, habanero mango mustard, or BBQ mole. Yes, BBQ mole. Yum.

Oh, we’re just getting started.

Our sides? Sure to become legendary. Choose from golden, tender-crisp fries seasoned with sea salt, MexiCajun spices, garlic-parsley, or freshly chopped rosemary. Or, go for the lighter alternative, our savory-sweet mango habanero slaw.

And dessert? We don’t do basic. Our pillowy-soft Sopapillas are lightly fried and drizzled with honey and cinnamon sugar, while our playful Pupuchurros put a fun spin on the classic churro with toppings like cookies and cream.
